Us Dark Few

In Us Dark Few by Alexis Patton, Khalani Kanes has spent her entire life in the grim underground city of Apollo, dreaming of one day escaping to the sunlit surface city of Genesis. Her hopes are shattered when she is framed for a theft she didn't commit and handed a life sentence inside the brutal Braderhelm Prison. Forced to navigate a treacherous subterranean maze of cold-blooded guards and violent murderers, she finds her biggest threat—and unexpected complication—is Takeshi Steele, the ruthless and callous captain who runs her cell block. To survive the dark secrets hidden in the prison's shadows, Khalani must fight for her life and uncover the truth behind her imprisonment before the underground becomes her grave.
